Booking Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the booking date and time will receive a full refund. We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. This helps us manage our resources effectively.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will result in the full booking cost being charged.
Refunds for Equipment Rentals
If you have rented equipment from us, any cancellation or changes to equipment rentals must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the booking date.
Cancellations of equipment rentals made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of refunds. We will make every effort to process your refund as quickly as possible.
